From export to overview.
Request your export
The link in Mutuly opens Instagram’s export overview. Choose JSON and “Followers and following” – that is all it needs.
Import
Open the ZIP directly, pick the JSON files together or an extracted folder. Instagram and Threads lists go into separate local accounts.
Review at your pace
Search, adjust categories, open profiles and mark entries as done. Opening a profile never changes your checklist.

The AI feature requires an Apple Intelligence-capable device, Apple Intelligence enabled, a supported language and an available model. No cloud AI service is used; explanations may contain errors.

Mutuly stores imported lists and checklists locally in the app and does not transmit them to the developer. No account, no sign-in, no ads. External profile and support links open the respective service.

Do I need my Instagram password?
No. You request your export from Instagram yourself and open the file in Mutuly. The app signs in nowhere.
Will anyone notice that I check?
Mutuly does not connect to Instagram. The analysis happens on your iPhone; only when you open a profile yourself do you go to Instagram.
Is it a subscription?
No. A one-time purchase without ads is planned.
Does it work with Threads?
Yes. If your export contains Threads lists, you assign them to a separate local account.
How current are the numbers?
As current as your export. Mutuly shows a snapshot, not a live status.
